The Process

Step 1: Book an appointment via phone, email or in the showroom.

Step 2: Free measure and quote – our consultant will come to you with a variety of samples, just let us know what window treatments you want and any relevant information about your style/décor and colour schemes you have in mind

Step 3: Confirm your quote and pay a 50% deposit – Return a signed copy of your quote and confirm all selections.

Step 4: Sit back and relax while we get to work – generally blinds will take 3-4 weeks, curtains 6 weeks and shutters 12-14 weeks.

Step 5: Book install appointment and pay final balance the day before installation. All existing window treatments must be removed prior to the fitter arriving, and any obstacles from in front of the windows.

Step 6: Installation – Sit back and relax while our professional installers get to work and set up your window treatments.
